This is exactly the point. There are people who are complaining about everything, from violent games to pornography, citing that children need protection. Well that is your job as a parent. You are the one who your children will learn from and define the moral views they subscribe to. Seems to me that a lot of parents want to use television, video games and/or the internet as nannies.

I read a story about how some grandma was disgusted by a particular game that she bought for 9 year old grandson. As far as I remember it was Grand Theft Auto. This is despite the big 18 year old restriction rating on the box. What did she think that means? It's like buying a porn video because it's called Adventures of Bambi, then letting your children watching it and finally sueing the makers of said movie because you failed to notice the big xxx rating on the front.
