They can't
Which is why any of this anti-porn laws Congress tries to apss are all bullcrap. Porn sites based outside the US( over 50% are already by the way )aren't going to label their websites because the US says so. The bigger US websites will just move operations offshore.

So then what, in the end the Justice Department busts a few Joe Shmoes with their tiny websites that no one ever sees and they get to look like they've actually done something? I thought we were in a "war on terror". Should resources be put to better use than to prevent grown adult from watching "dirty" movies?

Anyone that tries to comment that this is "for the kids" is ignorant of both the REAL politics behind this and the way the internet works in general. There has not yet been a so called child protction/anti-porn law that would protect kids from porn in any meaningful way.

The best way for kids to be "protected" is for parents to be parents. I have a child and in his 6 years of using the computer he has never seen any porn either delibertly or on accident and I didn't need the government to help me out either. The government can't do anything right anyways so why would anyone in their right mind want the government to help them raise their children anyways is beyond me.
