Yes, But This Time Windows Won't Help
Microsoft crushed WordPerfect not because of anything great about Word, but because they controlled the platform (e.g., could put Windows hooks in Word that the WordPerfect folks didn't have access to), and because they offered companies sweet deals on Windows if they standardized on Word. They don't have similar leverage against Google, so it's a different ballgame.

I've had a look at the search site, and about the only thing interesting is the search macros. But there's no compelling reason to use macros when you can just as easily bookmark a search in any search engine, including Google.
