Google offers hosted communications apps

They need to solve the "off-line" problem, and also offer an "on site": solution like the Google search box, so that companies can retain controll of the documents ON SITE. Of course they still have a lot or work to do on the basic functionality, but should NOT try to dupicate the rats nest that MS Office has become. Simple is better.
