"Starting Monday, organizations will be able to offer members or employees Web-based e-mail, calendar, chat and Web page publishing hosted by Google for free."

This statement is inaccurate. You tell Google about your business, and they decide if you're a good fit for the beta. You can't just sign up for it yet.
