With self-promoting videos such as Pair-less Hilton appearing, U-tube is much less inviting and anoying. The advert model does not work in that space. Start weaving adverts into the video and people will move on.

$65 million Sony is stupid... anyone buying a $1 billion U-tube is insane. Where is the revenue stream. How are you going to get the stream without chasing away the users. Look at CNN as long as the video news is free downloads are enormous. When you have to pay for the plus service, who cares. Video shown on TV should be free, any other model crashes and burns.
