Misappropriation of trademark
You're not using "excel" as a common english word. I looked at excelgames.com and see that you're specifically selling game-tracking spreadsheets designed to work with Microsoft Excel.

How can that NOT be trademark infringement? You're in the same industry, selling accessories for their product. Hyundai made a car called the Excel, but they wouldn't sue you because there's no possibility of confusion. But if you sold aftermarket body parts for Hyundai Excel's at excelpanels.com, I expect Hyundai would have perfectly good legal grounds to sue -- and should.

It defies common sense that you put this at MS's feet and say don't pick on poor little us... when you clearly appropriated the trademark for your own use, intentionally and with the intent of profiting from their name and reputation.

I hope you don't get sued, but not because Microsoft pities you, but because you decide to grow a pair and rename your sites and sell your product on its own merits.

Or do you also go to grocery stores and pocket steaks, hoping the store won't prosecute you for shoplifting because you can't afford to fight them? How about not shoplifting in the first place?
