Spamigation

Really interesting article here on taking the concept of spam and applying it to litigation. The idea is to use computers to automatically generate huge lists of people to sue, which costs very little. Defending yourself, however, is quite expensive, so most people when threatened will settle. It's turning into a major profit center:
