Quoting the Constitution

Sorry, but I don't see the sections in the constitution that guarantee privacy. These deal with what the government can't do.
1st: Freedom of the press (doesn't apply here) other than perhaps this is in AOL's favor.
4th: Search and seizure: Again, this is what the govenment is restricted from doing, not AOL.
8th: Cruel and unusual punishment: Doesn't apply here
I'd recommend looking up the Constitution before quoting from it.
By the way, the Consititution states that it's the Government's responsibility to keep its citizens safe, so you're being very selective in quoting it. (In the Preamble under "domestic Tranquility" and "general Welfare")
