What's the big deal?
Leave it to the EFF and a Dimocrat to lead the charge to protect non-existent 'Constitutional privacy rights.' The Constitution provides no such protection, and if AOL's customers are dumb enough to pay an arm and a leg for internet access that they can get for 1/3 the cost, their privacy "rights" are the least of their worries! Why is everyone so worried that someone might use online data to catch child stalkers and terrorists? Do we really NEED these people in our society? Sheesh...
