AI and `spying'
It would appear that the time has come for neural
networks working against `pictures' AI engine to
be developed. The idea of a Bio Scientist having
to look into a 'microscope' to detect a new
version of a virus or microbe is just not acceptable
any longer.

We can do a lot with perl/python/php as part of
LAMP. It can be paid by the Federal Gov as part
of the `Home Land' security if there is a clever
CFO out there that KNOWS how to build a Proposal. If not commercal then the World's University's
could step up and take action.

The time is right for such an event. Let's all
hope it comes soon.
