We need this why?
Seriously. Look at the blogs out there, hosted or on your own domain. If it's ANY of the major hosted or OSS blogs (ie: wordpress), they already generally have a WYSIWYG rich text editor in their control panels.

And then of course, there are silly folks like ME who have happily been using the WYSIWYG blog editor in the Flock (flock.com) browser painlessly for over a year. And that includes drag and drop blogging of photos, web snippets, etc. How painless do ya want??

Another solution in search of a problem from Microsoft.
