There already is tools for the D-I-Yer

out there by Microsoft. And the resulting sites look like Do It
Yourself Dentistry. The stuff Apple has (iWeb) is slightly better, but
novices who are graphically challenged still muck it up. For the
record, there is a lot more to the creation of an effective, results
driven web site than just design and HTML, CSS, JS, whatever. That
said, there are tons of easy to use D-I-Y Accounting software
packages out there, but I still pay an Accountant. I simply hate
dealing with numbers.
