Seriously, for you to say this is a Windows issue is, by all accounts, stupid.

Unless you work for Wamu, how would you know what the issue is? I guess that means that since our ISP uses Linux for it's email and web servers, I shouldn't be surprised the reason they where down for close to a week (and why they still have intermitent problems)is based on the fact that they use a less capable OS (linux)
