History
Umm history is history, it's already happened so how can you it even be predictiable. It's already happened. Should it not be a question of why are we repeating history again and again. I guess the saying goes "those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it". Guess the Entertainment industry is not good a learning. Imagine how much money they would have made had they just decided to profit off this back in 1998 instead of feeding lawyers, lobbyists and DRM salesmen. Had they maybe I'd have gained more in my investments.

Hmmmm.....

Those twits could be costing me money in investments income. Can we sue them for stupidity?
