Do you consider news sites like ZDNet to be "reference material"? It's banned by this legislation, due to nefarious chats like we're having right now. What about Slashdot? Are things like that useful? Any site with comments or user profiles would be banned, and that's ridiculous, as it ends up banning 75% of the web.
---Please. How many high school kids walk around with a credit card to buy anything from "amazon.com" or the like in the first place?---
A ton of them, at least where I live. And if they don't have their own credit card, can't they at least research available books then go home and get Mom to order them? I don't really think Amazon is a bad influence on children. You seem to want it banned. Why so?
