---That said, I do agree that these sites should not be made available to students in our public schools, but that needs to be decided on a local level---

What sites, specifically? This bill outlaws Amazon, ZDNet, Slashdot, most blogs, most Wikis, etc., etc.

Do you really think those are things that should be banned from viewing? If so, why?
