No solution to the problems
So the scumbags at Kazaa got fined a lot of money. Good, excellent, they deserved it. It should hopefully keep other scumbags out of the game, stop them from blatantly trying to profit from other people's illegal activities.

But even if this is achieved, so what? More people every single day are filesharing and illegally infringing. This fine doesn't solve the problem, not even one iota. It kills off one already dead network.

I note you ignored my links on the court cases, which, just as I predicted, the RIAA is refusing to let go through proceedings.
