How much of that for the lawyers?
Probably at least half. It's a symbolic 'win', nothing more. It sets no real precedence since the case was settled and serves notice to the other P2P services that they should simply remain underground. This stops/changes *nothing*...there's still plenty of ways to obtain MP3's for free and to circumvent the DRM protection on legal downloads while paying for the monthly subscription without buying the tracks. If people want the stuff badly enough and don't want to pay/pay full price for it, they'll get it...most of the info is a Google search away.
