FBI Sex Ofeender Database = Free marketing Tools for Pornographers
I guess Congress does not see the unfortunate
consequences for their unconstitutional acts. A
sex offender database would be a nice tool for
pornographers to use to market their crap. This
tool will provide the names and addresses of
potential customers.

Rather than provide free marketing information
for scumbags, wouldn't it be better to execute
child rapists or put them in prison for life? I
do not see how unleashing a child rapist onto
society and then making him or her an outcasts
helps society. Mr. Cooley, the one who raped and
murdered Jessica Lundsford was already on one of
these lists. It did nothing to stop him!!!

I believe it is time to stop these
unconstitutional, slippery slope type of laws
from being passed and repealing the ones already
on the books. What is next? Is the government
now going to force thieves to register whenever
they move? What about drunk drivers, drug users,
or even those who get a speeding ticket? Where
is all of this going?

Forcing people who have already served their time
to register is a clearly unconstitutional act.
It denies these people the equal protection of
the law, it denies them the right to pursue
happiness due to the fact they are publically
branded and therefore are outcasts, etc.

If someone thinks that I want to give child
rapists, molesters, etc a break, that person is
grossly mistaken. I believe that there are only
2 appropriate sentences for rapists and child
molesters. These sentences are life without
parole or death. However, anyone accused of
these crimes MUST be given a *FAIR* and be
allowed to present whatever evidence he or she
has in defense of him or herself. Any foresic
lab work MUST be done by a neutral facility, etc.

Rather than penalize American society for the
actions of a few, it is better to get the few off
the streats so that we can allow our children to
once again play in their own neighborhoods. This
law is b.s.
