If any of my sites were on US soil, I might be concerned...
But really, how pathetic is this thing? Does anyone there understand the nature of the network, much less understand the amount of money involved and the effort made to keep (American) children off of this type of material? Short of the free sites, pic posts and the like, most of the sites require a credit card to get access, thus the child is ignoring any warnings and using mom or dads card, which is not the sites problem.

Where are the parents in this? Are they condining Johnny jacking off to pictures of (whatever content he finds)? Do parenets really want to abdicate their responsibility or are Americans just stupid and lazy? (Don't answer that!)
