The misleading thing is the bill, not the sites
I have no objections to the bill; but they could at least be honest and state up front that this section of the bill is about helping companies protect their copyrights and trademarks, and that it actually does nothing to protect from sites that lure children into viewing porn. As you said, there's no money in trying to get children to view it.
