Two obvious questions:

1) How much will it cost? What they're selling is going to be lower quality than a dvd, and will probably lack all the extras. It won't be portable and will be locked down with DRM so you can't lend it to a friend or re-sell it. Because of these obvious defects (plus the lack of manufacturing costs), the product must be priced much lower than a dvd to have any hope of success.

2) Can you watch it on a television? The number of people willing to watch a movie on their computer is miniscule. If it can't be shown on the family tv, this will fail.
