Try facts, not feelings

Try again, and maybe even cite some facts this time. If you want the real statistics that tell you this is a waste of time, take a look at:

For the social services people who have to deal with the real world, we know that for every "grandstand" bill that Congress passes, the Administration cuts the budget, to the tune of $300 MILLION in HHS cuts for 2006. I stand behind my statement, it is *appalling* the amount of ignorance and misguided efforts that detract from the real problems.

By the way, I belong to my church to DO, to SERVE. I'm not sure why you should feel the need to insult this ...
