Seems to me there is a solution
Make your law specific. It seems this law should have the whole internet thing removed. Who care where you buy Date Rape Drugs, that should be illegal in general. Just because it is bought of the internet makes it illegal is STUPID!

So why not remove the internet entirely from this law. If you buy Date Rape drugs and get caught you go to jail. If you are sexual predator you get registered and you get a GPS tracking device, failure to use said device puts you back in prison. If anyone trys to trick your kid into watching porn or participating then nail them to the wall. So why make this only if the internet is used to do these crimes. Seems kind of silly to me.

Also are these law makers really that nieve? I mean a kid tricked into looking at porn. That's laughable. Porn is forbidden fruit to any pre-teen out there. Do they think in the past those kids were tricked into looking a porn magazines. Yeah right, kids used to sneak them from the thier parents collections then share them with friends. Kid go looking for this stuff.

No, the tricks used are designed for adults and usually for adults looking for Porn on the net. They use these tricks to get a person who is looking for porn to come to thier website over the competitors.

Really though. Back in the 90s we used to have surfing games. How many links could you click on before running into porn. The person who could go the longest with out bumping into porn won. Today that game doesn't work as you can actually not bump into porn. Then there is SPAM. Just a few years ago I got tons of PORN spam and Viagra. Today it's now casinos and I rarely see any Porn Spam and if I do it's usually some Russian site.

I find it kind of funny. When the internet was bad no one wanted these laws. It gets cleaned up and now people are pushing for more. I just find that so Ironic. Porn everywehre seems like it was OK but now restricted PORN has everyone upset. It's funny.
