Google Scholar trademark case ends

Ok.. so no results either way: From what I read out of that, I'm getting that the case was dismissed with no real results. Yet, the ACS says they are pleased with the outcome. That doesn't make any sense. Since they are the ones that started the suit, I don't see how they can be pleased with it just being dismissed.
