they let the local laws trump those things that are in conflict and try to deliver on the untouched, but Amnesty should know that as well. They should tell these companies that there advertisements aren't worded right for an international audience, correct. That in places where these services can be rendered to the full affect they will, but that the law of the land in which the service will operate governs any and all transactions. It's probably in the EULA. Like saying campaigning for human rights in the world can have limited affects in different countries and may slip through local cracks, but it's good to say at least.
