I have downloaded and installed Firefox for many. Once they get used to
it, they never go back to IE. I really doubt many will switch back to IE7 either. Firefox 2.0 will still beat IE7 for usability, and there are other reasons than just usability that people prefer Firefox. And, no matter what MS does, even if the quality of the code is as good as Firefox, they will have more virus problems because it is bolted to the OS, because of the percentages, and just because people hate MS.

But, I really doubt that the quality of IE code will ever match Firefox.
