Market forces at work here! if overpriced, people won't buy and sales drop. Supply and demand. If people are willing to pay the price ....
As a videography and programmer I constantly deal with people copying my work without paying. That's my livelyhood being messed with and I have bills to pay like everyone else. You might say that the movie industry can afford the loss, but the hundreds if not thousands of people involved in making the movie on down to distribution and sales have to be paid a living wage. Also, Johnny Depp can demand a high salary, supply & demand.
