If the movie industry would quit wasting money "whining" at the beginning of movies about how much piracy is hurting them and spend that money on advertising legal ways to download, burn, and play their movies they would make a heck of a lot more money in the long run.
Take some of that money and subsidize downloadable movies and make them cheap. People are craving cheap digital content that can be downloaded which isn't super locked down to one particular device.
Most of all when a movie makes hundreds of millions of dollars in the first few weeks, I tend to have no sympathy for them whining about how piracy is costing them money.
