Microsoft looks to foil Web spammers

Good point, Tic...: "What if my local Yellow Pages doesn't list every single dry cleaner in town? Should they get sued as well?"

It doesn't matter WHAT microsoft does anymore, because at this point; anything they do makes them a target for somebody.

So WHY would they want to do something so incredibly risky as this, even though it MAY BE an honest attempt to "clean up" the internet (which I rather doubt)?
