Good news on that Google lawsuit
I guess it's good news for MS then that the Google page ranking lawsuit has been thrown out of court.

---Are they going to offer compensation for errors that hurt people's business? Would they be considered as committing lible by making a mistake? How does one recover one's "good name" in the cicrcumstance when your business is incorrectly labelled as an internet spammer?---

What obligation does MS (or any search engine) have to list every single website out there? What if I'm very religious and don't want the search engine I own to list porn sites? Is that allowed? What if Google omits hate-speech sites? Is that allowed?

What if my local Yellow Pages doesn't list every single dry cleaner in town? Should they get sued as well?
