Cornerstone of the New Media

Whether she likes it or not, and hopefully she does (and sounds like she might), Amanda certainly IS the face of the new media. A wunderkind of video blogging. Not the first, but certainly a pace-setter. If she is able to continue to put her dry wit wry smile to newsworthy things across the blogosphere and beyond, I'll be watching. So will a lot of other people.

I particularly liked what she said about maintaining a regular schedule for a vlog for cred's sake. It's call to the new news made by everybody. I think of the resulting gestalt of vlogs'n'blogs almost like a Wiki that, instead of being edited, is augmented by the viewpoint of another one view at a time until, hopefully, a complete understanding is possible and accessible.
