- This is good but....

This is apparently good news but how will they allow users to sign into the Ims witha single user name. Both yahoo and Micorsoft have been rigourously promoting yahoo Ids and MSN passposrts obviously expecting to lock in users for their services. But this convergence mean on whas to loose in the long run. For instance I use both the messengers and if a convergence occurs I would be most likely to retain MSN messenger. The sole reason for that would be my workplaces "official: IM is MSN Messenger. So in the long run one IM will loose ground. Although AOL is a market leader I guess this Yahoo and Micorsoft have the potential to grab that market share in near future. I do not think AOL is popular in pther parts of the world like China and India that could make a huge impact in future.
