It's only a data transmission technology ...
of course its going to be used commercially! These are likely just the first of many deals. Strange how people blame bittorrent for piracy. Sorta like blaming ftp or the office Xerox machine. Its only a technology. Technologies don't commit piracy. People do. Technologies may facilitate piracy. Big deal. Cars and guns facilitate bank roberies. So should we get rid of cars and guns? Regulate them to try to ensure people use them for legal activities, sure. Ban them? Forget it. Bittorrent is good technology and as such it will prove to be a moneymaker for those who learn how to harness it. Life goes on.
