I would like to know where you are getting last summers movies for under $10. They are still over-priced in my area.

As for pirating, it depends on what you are getting. If you are downloading actual DVDs (4 Gigs each) then you can probably do 1 a day. If you are downloading rips (DIVX) then you can do 5-10 a day depending on the rip. So, if you just want the movie, you download the rip, put it on a HTPC or get a DVD player that supports DIVX, and then you can watch it on your TV. Heck, many of them even come with AC3 surround sound.

Then some do it just for shits and giggles or to "stick it to the man."

I would love to see studios selling high-quality rips for a buck or two. The question will be how they "protect" it. Knowing the studios, they will do something that completely screws this up.
