I'd pay
There is ton of content I'd buy online if it were available. Still I prefer the CD or DVD over a download but there is tons of content out there that just isn't viable on DVD. There are TV shows that would sell good for reasonable price on bit torrent that can't be sold on DVD for a reasonable price due to lack of demand. But sell me the content online and have me pay to download and burn the DVD for a small hosting fee well there you go with a viable business model.

Of course they will try to do it like I-Tunes I bet. Same price as buying the CD and only selling 90% of the stuff that you can already get cheaply on DVD. I mean if they try to sell old movies for more than buck they have a loser. I can pick up two older movies and Walmart for $6.88. By older movies I mean movies released a year or two ago. All last summers movies are selling for under $10 now. What will the price be on Bit torrent.

Makes you wonder about these pirates. I can buy a lot of movies for the cost of that high speed internet connection and the time I spend isn't free either. That's like 20+ movies a month I can buy or I can waste my time pirating. Who's the idiot there? Risk fines to spend money pirating. Not smart in the slightest if you ask me. Then again who said criminals were smart....
