Should be a class action suit
Bravo for suing- this should be a class action suit for all the legitimate web sites that get ditched every time Google burps out a new algorithim- like the latest Google blunder of June 27 (http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum30/35125.htm) . Our content site gets lost in the midst of spam or dumped altogether and then after months and months of lost income and numerous complaints to Google, it appears back, same as it ever was. Until, the next dump. As long as people have turned Google into an active verb, they may as well learn how erratic it really is. In time, when someone says "Google it," it will have the same mean as its 4 letter equivalent. Yeah to Yahoo for being consistent.
