Something weird is going on.
Depends. If you left it out by accident, no. But if you left it out on purpose, yes. You cannot discriminate without a legal reason. What did Kinderstart do to Google? Type in Dogpile or
Kartoo in competing search engines. They hit at #1 including Google.

The only other possibility of all of this is Kinderstart is sabotaging the ratings themselves so they can set it up in court for a greater mindshare in the courts by playing the victim card. Businesses don't operate this way because of all the potential fallout unless they have nothing to lose. They rank number one in every search engine except Google.

Lets look up the missing details on this one which ZDNet is good for.
