What advertising?
What claims, specifically, did Google make about their service that you could declare to be false? Did they ever promise this company a high ranking? Aren't they notoriously non-communicative about how their algorithms and rankings are put together?

As far as them coming in low, again, not nice for them, but is it illegal for Google to do this? If the New York Post puts out a new magazine, is the New York Times required to write articles about it and help publicize it?
