Naw it doesn't matter
When they list the lawsuit against the website ahead of the website, something is fishy. There is no maybe with that. And even if it was all innocent, it is time to change the algorithms if they can be taken advantage of that badly.

linux.org is #1 in both Google and Yahoo. The only reason ther are more hits in Google is because Google likes to send you more multiple hits which is a waste and is a side effect of their algorithms.
