Matters on your search engine the most.
On Google Kinderstart did not display the actual link to the website until #57. It was displayed in passing about the lawsuit right up there. I went over to other webpages and got drastic changes.

Google = #57
Yahoo = #1 after what is new about it link.
Altavista = #2
MSN = #1
Ask Jeeves = #1
Lycos = #1
Clusty = #1 like another poster suggested.

Yes I believe Kinderstart does have a legit gripe about Google. There is no reason a website with the same name should be listed on page 5. Must be that do no evil in the alogrithm. Of course we are to blame also for using Google. We should boycott it into fairness and I am opening up a can of Alpo by choosing another search engine.
