A huge problem with this logic.
Even if the site has poor design, it's a bit unusual for it not to show up near the top, let alone the first 20 results, when googled by its title (which forms the actual URL with ".com." appended to the end).

When I google "Mike Cox," I wouldn't expect Mike's wonderful posts to fill up the first 100 results. I WOULD, however, expect zdnet.com to be at the top, not buried on page 4, when I google "ZDNet"
