While i believe that everyone is entitled to live anywhere. I dont think he should be held liable if someone posts an ad looking for a specific kind of person. I would rather see, "you are not wanted" posted in the post, so i could move on to the next post, rather than meet up with the person and get rejected and have wasted my time all because they couldnt say they didnt want me for one reason or another.

Its definitely wrong to base a rejection on race, creed, or sexual orientation; but people still do it and until people grow up.. it will continue.
