Take no crap from the big boys: I applaude Craigslist and its founder. After reading what Martin Sorrell said all he said mostly was they are losing money, and that all of his schooling he had is now failing along with his customers. I think they make knights over in england now just for the fun of it. Half of the people knighted could not hold a candle to any of the real people today. Craigslist is the new model where you don't have to be ripped off by the scum bag marketing newspaper and advertising people. Check out some comericals today they mostly show famous people and don't say anything about the product. For example NIKE I see the Lebron james comericals and they show nothing about the product just the stars face. It shure does not make me want to buy anything from NIKE. So I just do it, and not buy from them. where on Craigslist you get what you see. Mr Sorrell just wants to put dollars in the boards pocket, and not tell you anything but crap. Craig is doing on thing that hurst these big boys and its taking the money away from the greedy crowd you know folks the Gordon Gecko Crowd. The Type of Board and CEO who care more about the stock price than the product and the people who buy it. And if the newspapers are crying well they are about 7 years too late. Remember allot of Newspapers said the Internet is just a fad but low and behold now they are finally catching on but a little too late folks. If newspapers still charge you to read a ad on their web page why put it there where you can put it up online for free and the people get to read it for free. I guess Craig Newmark just beat them all to the punch. I worked for a newspaper and I've seen the screw ups by allot of publishers and now circulation is going down, classfied ad's are going down and all of the advertising is going down. WHy because of Craig's List. The news stories you can get on line and the ad's are free so you don't have to waste any money on Newspapers and their fees. Mr Sorell is just afraid to say he and others are wrong, because it hurts their pocketbooks!
