That's not really Net Neutrality
What is really being discussed on the side of Net Neutrality is over whether or not companies such as Google, Microsoft, eBay, and others should have to pay to get guaranteed bandwidth allocation. This would mean that they can not oversell the bandwidth as they do with Cable internet.

I like the idea as long as Telcos use this to build a thicker backbone. Which they would be intelligent to do so, because failing to do such would lead to over consumption of bandwidth and eventually the inability to take on more customers.

I also like the idea that ESPN is performing the reverse to get the Telco companies to pay to carry a website's content.

Capitalism is a good thing.
