As I'm sure you're aware, all it takes is one person to outwit the DRM, to outwit the broadcast flag and put up a copy of a show. Then the whole thing is completely worthless, and all it does is inconvenience lawful users. Please explain to us all how having a broadcast flag will eliminate shows from turning up on p2p networks.
