The Us is only a small part of the world

The American government is for American?s. It is elected by Americans to control American?s behaviour. Bin Laden is a great hero to roughly 25% of the world and Bush is a terrorist to about 50%. Bin Laden is being hidden by people who see him as the George Washington of the Islamic world. If you are American you would not see it that way, but America is only a small part of the world. The pro Al-Qaeda web sites are located in parts of the world that see the web site as a part of free speech and would it not wish to bow to the tyranny of the USA.
Likewise with child porn sites they could move them to different servers in different countries. American Congress? power extends only as far its shores or whatever country the USA has invaded this week.
