Since you don't know I'll fill you in...It's MCSE. An MCSE or MCSA is a certification that says you can run MS systems in a network, one being a System Engineer and the other a System Administrator.

These people, who you say care, are folks that have gotten those certifications so that they can work in jobs at companies that require that certification. In fact those certifications are standard for most companies to work in the IT department and make a good salary.

They are hard working people, they don't work for MS, so have the right info before you throw around acroymns disparaging people.
