Wht doesn't Congress...
...just bite the bullet, declare the Internet an essential national resource, and nationalize it? If it's good enough for Venezuela...

What I don't get it, why the urgency? Nothing has changed that suddenly allows telcos to 'discriminate' beyond what they could already, so why is it so important all of a sudden to take pre-emptive action?
